Andrea Hanton, MM, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist and singing voice specialist with over 18 years of experience working with voices.

She began her career with a master’s degree in vocal performance from Oakland University, where she was awarded a graduate assistant in voice. After over a decade of teaching and performing, Andrea went on to earn a Master of Science in speech-language pathology, with a focus on voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders. Andrea has spent the last 6 years working on multidisciplinary voice and head & neck medical teams, including the Vocal Health Center at the University of Michigan, and in private practice with Michigan Otolaryngology Surgery Associates in Ann Arbor. Blue Water Voice was formed in 2021 with the goal of offering services in voice therapy through video telepractice for the state of Michigan, in addition to in-person voice therapy, private voice and flute lessons for the greater St. Clair County area.
